INFORMATIONAL MESSAGE FROM ALERT CAROLINA: Police Seeking Information, Identity of Suspect in Area Vandalisms

UNC Police and Chapel Hill Police are partnering with the local community in their ongoing investigations into recent acts of vandalism / graffiti at numerous locations. In most cases, graffiti in bright pink paint caused significant damage to local property. Areas vandalized were widespread, including New East and McIver Residence Halls, campus monuments and landmarks, vehicles and buildings in the vicinity of the Swain lot parking area on northwestern campus, and the Chapel of the Cross on Franklin Street.
