OWASA lifts boil advisory for campus area, water safe to consume

Students, Faculty and Staff:

OWASA has lifted the boil water advisory for the campus area. Water is safe to consume without boiling. UNC Facilities is in the process of restoring water sources that were previously turned off, so read and adhere to all posted signs.

As previously announced, campus will resume normal operations at 5 pm today, Tuesday, Nov. 6, with the exception of classes. Classes will resume at 8 am Wednesday, Nov. 7.
