* At 313 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms with a history of producing
wind damage were located along a line extending from Mebane
through 8 miles east of Randleman to 11 miles northeast of Badin
Lake, moving east at 50 mph. This includes portions of Jordan Lake.
HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.
